How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we will allow return requests within 7 days of receipt. Items will need to be shipped back at buyers expense within 15 days. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
If you ordered a custom item, the sale will be final.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.
How do I order a custom piece?
We love custom pieces! Please email info@shopfeatherandbirch.com with what you are looking to have done (size, material and photo if you have one) and we will provide a quote.
