Due to the nature of our products, we will allow return requests within 7 days of receipt. Items will need to be shipped back at buyers expense within 15 days. Refund will be processed once returned item is received.

Items are made to order and take about 7-10 business days to process and make. Most items are shipped via USPS. Large items may be shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be provides when shipped
